a different approach to leadership
Systems change requires engagement, collaboration and collective ownership from all sectors. The leadership of Milwaukee Succeeds includes schools, businesses, government, civic organizations, nonprofits, and community advocates—all of whom seek better outcomes for children in our city. Committed to data-driven strategies and a continuous improvement approach, our leaders accept collective accountability for building the education system our community and our children deserve. Only when we work together can we realize our vision of success for every child, in every school, cradle-to-career.
