Creating lasting change takes more than just a vision – it takes stability, strategic partnership and the resources to see it through. That’s why Milwaukee Succeeds has made fiscal sustainability a cornerstone of our strategy, helping us move from short-term wins to long-term impact.

This progress is powered in part by our strengthened connection with the Greater Milwaukee Foundation. With Milwaukee Succeeds now operating under their administrative budget, our backbone team has the resources and capacity to lead boldly – even through economic uncertainty.

Our work is also bolstered by several multi-year investments, which not only fuel the ideas of our dedicated coalitions but also give us the momentum to make a real difference. Over the next five years, our national partner StriveTogether, local champion Herb Kohl Philanthropies and a generous anonymous donor will continue to invest in our collective efforts.

At the heart of this work is a shared belief: Transforming the systems that shape education is essential for every young person to succeed.
