Partner Highlight: The Leading Men Fellowship
On January 8, one of Milwaukee Succeeds’ key ECE partners – The Literacy Lab’s Leading Men Fellowship – received a $1 million Equitable Recovery Grant, which will be used to further strengthen the pipeline of young men of color into the ECE workforce.

Milwaukee Succeeds Promotes ECE Accreditation
For an early learning program, accreditation is a chance to take a deep dive into the program’s practices, create an action plan for improvement, and reflect on the relationships they’re establishing. The AFP was created in order to guide programs through this process.

What the Pandemic has Taught us about Changing Systems

Advocacy for Good
Throughout 2021, Milwaukee’s ECE Coalition brought a unified voice to decision-making tables across the state in hopes of expanding access to quality, affordable child care – particularly for Milwaukee’s Black and Brown families.
