Milwaukee Succeeds has created a unique assessment to help organizations determine where they are on the Youth Adult Equity Ladder, which examines why and how youth participate.
What?
Any organization that routinely works with youth.
Who?
Sitting down with your team to reflect on your practices gives you an opportunity to celebrate your strengths and identify gaps in your interactions with youth. You’ll also be leading the way in youth-adult research and helping us fine-tune the assessment process!
Why?
It’s simple! Review the list of questions, then gather your team for the assessment. It should take around 60 minutes to complete.
