Samantha Reynoso Promoted to Research and Evaluation Manager

Milwaukee Succeeds is proud to announce that Samantha Reynoso has been promoted to the role of research and evaluation manager.

Samantha first joined the team in August 2022 as our early childhood education (ECE) data analyst. Since then, she’s played a pivotal role in advancing our research and evaluation efforts, from analyzing the parent experience with Wisconsin Shares to evaluating the impact of Child Care Counts funding on Milwaukee’s ECE providers. She has also helped create a data training curriculum, which is now being piloted with Milwaukee Succeeds’ ECE Ambassadors.

Samantha has already taken the lead on numerous data projects, including evaluations of the Autonomous Youth Council summer series, the Accreditation Facilitation Project and the data training series. Beyond her day-to-day projects, Samantha has been busy developing evaluation tools that make complex research accessible, actionable and community-focused. Over the years, she’s shared this work on both local and national stages, presenting at events like Data You Can Use’s Data Day, StriveTogether’s national convening and the upcoming American Evaluation Association conference.

“During the past 3 years, she’s demonstrated not only an exceptional willingness to learn and take on new challenges, but also a dedication to data equity and visualization, data/research/evaluation ethics, and ensuring that the community remains the focus of our work,” said Kristin Kappelman, Milwaukee Succeeds’ director of research.

Outside of work, Samantha is completing her master’s in public health, set to graduate this December, and recently adopted a rescue dog named Sofi.

Please join us in celebrating Samantha’s well-deserved promotion!
